Spiritual Sparkle: How to Manifest with Diamonds

Spiritual Sparkle: How to Manifest with Diamonds
We have all heard that thoughts can manifest action, and what you think, you become. There is no question that our thoughts create our reality; this I know to be true from my own personal life experiences.

The power of emotion, the power of meaning that we give things, and the power to conduct our thoughts like a symphony, singing only the song we want to hear, undoubtedly works, but is not always easy to do. Our brains are wired to keep us safe and protect us (think caveman days and primal safety from lions, tigers and bears) so it captures and replays more negative memories than positive, replaying those messages and narratives that were hard-wired at a young age. To overcome and climb this neural-mountain of subconscious blocks and build a new neural-network of positive messages to drive you to your greatest destiny, requires more than ‘the power of positive thinking’.

Building new neural pathways in the brain to overcome subconscious blocks and live your dream life - the one you are destined for in this lifetime -  has been in the forefront of studies by experts like Dr. Joe Dispenza, Vishen Lhakiani, Tony Robbins and Lacy Phillips, to name a few. For many years I have passionately studied meditation, hypnosis, breathwork, NLP and many fascinating and highly studied and effective methods to manifest a beautiful life and combining that knowledge with my love for diamonds and personal growth has landed me here... in a fun new niche of spiritual sparkle.

The good news is, if you want help in manifesting the life of your dreams and you want to do it daily, a sparkling touchstone that brings you joy and infinite meaning is a powerful tool to rewire your brain and build those new positive neural pathways. There is a concept called Neural manifestation, coined by Lacy Phillips, and I know unequivocally there is a place for it in the world of jewelry.

Diamonds are powerful tools that can be used to set intentions and solidify your commitment to yourself, especially because these significant pieces are already such an important part of our daily lives, spiritually and emotionally.

We are so used to thinking of diamonds as a symbol of commitment to our loved one, that we never stop to think about how a diamond can be used to form a commitment to ourselves. There’s more to the power of diamonds than just their lustrous sparkle! Diamonds have a unique strength in meditation because we have them close to us all of the time, and their manifestation energy is unmatched. I’m going to walk you through how you can use diamonds to set intentions to guide you towards your life purpose, and how I designed the Diamonds with Soul collection for this very reason.

Multiple scientific studies have been conducted on the power of objects as memory cues, and I’m sure you’ve already experienced it at some point in your life. This is when we use an object to remind us of something, like an object at the door to remind you to remember your keys before you leave. Memory cues work both at the conscious level and at the subconscious level. When you start driving and then immediately end up at your destination with no recollection of driving there, your subconscious took the wheel. In fact, our subconscious takes up 95% of our brain energy!

Meditation and setting an intention onto a diamond sets a memory cue for your subconscious, and because we wear our diamonds every day, there are multiple opportunities for your mind to react to the memory cue. So every time you see your diamond, your subconscious acts on your intention without you ever having to think about it consciously.

An intention is a guiding principle for how you want to live your life, what you want your purpose to be, and how you will fulfill that purpose. It can be something like ‘Forgiveness,’ ‘Daily Gratitude’, or ‘Self Love.’ My personal intention is Abundance (an abundance of love, health, happy experiences and financial freedom). Intentions are different from goals: a goal is how you want to live your life in the future, an intention is how you want to live your life in the present moment.

Intentions are more powerful than goals because we have far more control over the present than we do over future outcomes. Setting an intention through meditation onto a diamond ring is a powerful way to keep your intention present in your subconscious. And, when you acquire a piece from the Diamonds with Soul Collection, we gift you with an intention setting meditation provided by Ryan Haddon, my personal hypnosis and meditation coach as well as the spiritual guide for Poosh and other well known celebrities.

Diamonds aren’t just for decoration and sparkle, though they are a girl's best friend. Diamonds are particularly powerful stones in the art of meditation because of their light and manifestation properties, which is further enhanced by the fact that we have them on us daily. Diamonds amplify manifestation and help you deeply envision the life you want. Diamonds also attract abundance, financial stability, and positive opportunities.

The Diamonds with Soul Collection was created to strengthen your relationship with yourself and your purpose. To remind you that you are a diamond taking shape and the pressure and heat (what forms diamonds over billions of years) is what is forming you into a more beautiful soul every day. You are a multi-faceted soul who is here to radiate your love and your gifts, and every dream was planted in your heart for a reason.

As your diamond catches the light and your attention on a subconscious level, may you be reminded of your brilliance and beauty and love yourself a little more each day.
